On the "Step 1: Sign-Up / Sign In" page select the "Try Us FREE 20 Minutes with credit card verification package".
You will have to enter your credit card information but you WILL NOT BE BILLED. You may see a $1.00 transaction on your online credit card statement.
It is an authorization transaction ONLY. This will automatically delete in several days.
How do I change my e-mail address?
We will change your e-mail address for you. Just click on the Contact Us tab to tell us you want to change your e-mail address.
For YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY, you will need to provide the following information for account verification:
- Your current VOD registered e-mail address.
- Your complete name and address that appears on your credit card.

How do I change my password?
Logon to your account and go to "My Account", then click "Preferences" from the drop menu. On the Personal Preferences page choose "CHANGE PASSWORD" enter your current password, the new password you wish to use and then confirm your new password. Then click Change Password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the main page click "Login". On the Member Login popup click "Password Help"? Under "Your password reset link will be emailed to you" enter your registered e-mail address and click Send. An e-mail with the subject "Password Reset Request" will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.

I have an offer code I found in a magazine, how do I use it?
If you are a NEW USER, you will need to register an account. To receive the free minutes or other offer from the OFFER CODE you must verify your age. Click the yellow Try Us Free button. On the Step 1: Sign-Up / Sign In page under "Create your login" enter you logon information you want to use and then click on the Have an offer code from a Movie Card or offer? link. You will then be able to enter your offer code. Click Apply Offer.
Age Verification: Enter your billing and credit card information. This transaction is NOT BILLED. After successful age verification, the 20 free minutes and the free minutes from the OFFER CODE will be added to your Remaining Time on your account.
If you are an EXISTING USER, before you logon click Try Us Free and select Purchase Minutes click the See Packages button. You will need to select a time package. On the Step 1: Sign-Up / Sign In page enter your registered e-mail address and password and click the link Have an offer code from a Movie Card or offer.
Enter the offer code and click Apply and then click Continue.
The offer code I have does not work and I am being asked for credit card information. Why do I need to give credit card information?
Some offer codes that we issue to give new and existing users free minutes to try our site require age verification. This is most easily executed by credit card.
